I would guess that whatever is causing the dreams isn't natural. They're so widespread among our colleagues and they seem to be tied to a physical location. But I don't have the knowledge to guess how such a thing would be done.

Probably. I do imagine it's a priority though; you can't run a military operation if all the personnel are sleep-deprived.
